Academical Club News |
Following the recent Glasgow Academical Club (GAC) Dinner, we are delighted to announce that the evening raised £3371 for charity partner Alzheimer’s Research UK. Robin Duff, GAC President, recently presented the cheque to Alzheimer’s Research UK’s Regional Fundraising Officer, Catherine Crawford.
Robin said: “We are delighted to have raised money for such a worthy charity – one that is close to my heart and also many in the wider Academical Club community.”
“The work this charity does is vital and helps many families deal with this terrible disease. We look forward to supporting it further over the coming months and would like to sincerely thank all of our prize donors and guests who donated at the dinner.”
